Fabrication:   All the fabrication workers have worked on the TECHNAL systemfor a period exceeding 5 years, whereas the supervisors have experience exceeding 15 years in the TECHNAL system ,and 25 years in the SIDEM system.

Installation:   Once the finishing works are underway, and site is clean, the installation of frames can start. The frames will be installed by experienced workers suprvised by expatriate technicians with high level of experience in the installation of the TECHNAL system .

After installation is complete , all the windows and doors are to be checked together with the site finishing supervisors, and comments are noted . Manhal Group site teams are then to adjust all windows and doors and rectify any defects to the complete satisfaction of the site supervisors and project manager.

ALUMANHAL highlight the scope of work and major steps involved in carrying out the aluminum and glazing works on so as to meet the highest levels of quality as per the company ‘s objectives.

Shop drawings:  The elevations are drawn for all the windows and doors .Detailed sectional drawings are drawn for each particular type of window. The drawings are checked by the project manager and then submitted for approval.

Site visits:  A several visits to the site by the manger/supervisor insure that the works are to be executed will be determined to best suit the site condition.

Site measurements:  once the finishing works are underway ,site measurement will be taken.

ALUMANHAL factory is equipped with the following major machine: Cutting machine, Crimping machine, Milling machine, a full range of TECHNAL & SIDEM punching tools which are used on manual presses to carry out all the machining processes on the TECHNAL & SIDEM profiles Please note that no fabrication is carried out on site. All the frames are fabricated in the factory.
